Welcome to Modih Mail. By accessing or using our disposable email service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Use of the Service

Modih Mail provides temporary, disposable email addresses designed to protect your primary personal email from spam. You agree to use Modih Mail only for lawful purposes.

2. Prohibited Conduct

We actively monitor our systems to prevent abuse. You strictly agree NOT to use Modih Mail for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or promotional materials (Modih Mail is a receive-only service).
• Registering for services with the intent to commit fraud, evade bans, or violate the terms of third-party platforms.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or any form of cyber-attack.
• Receiving or transmitting illegal materials or engaging in illegal activities.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of your IP address, deletion of your active inboxes, and potential reporting to local authorities or your Internet Service Provider.

3. Limitation of Liability

Modih Mail is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted delivery of incoming emails.

Under no circumstances will Modih Mail, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the loss of emails, data, or accounts linked to disposable addresses.

4. Account Termination

For Free, Pro, and Developer users, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason—especially in cases of abuse, excessive rate-limit triggering, or violation of these terms—without notice or liability.

5. Premium Plans (Pro & Developer)

Purchases of Pro or Developer plans grant you access to extended retention times (7 days) and custom prefixes. These premium services are subject to fair use policies. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modih Mail and its respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
